The Human Resources Department, with the collaboration of all departments, seeks to integrate, adapt and develop individual and group skills in order to achieve maximum satisfaction and profitability results.

Therefore, all employees are encouraged to participate in internal and external training actions to acquire more knowledge within their work areas.
Since professional training contributes to company efficiency and is an important element in competitiveness, as it responds to constant changes and challenges in society, a Training Plan for the following year is prepared at the end of each year, based on each employee's identified needs.
