The process is simple, safe and practical:
Choose the items you are looking for by browsing the “Online Store” menu and select the area of the product you are looking for. View the product(s) you are interested in, consult information about it: product details (technical information, available capacities and colors, application, brightness levels and price). Select the desired capacity, color and quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can repeat this step to add more articles. The contents of your shopping cart are updated at the top of the page (top right – bag image).
When you have selected all the desired items, accept the privacy policy and terms and conditions and click “Checkout”. The next step is to register as a user if this is your first purchase, log in if you are already a registered customer or purchase without registering. Please confirm that your shipping and billing address are correct. Select a payment method: Multibanco Reference, Credit Card or MB WAY. Confirm your order. You will receive an email confirming your order and payment.
To find the product(s) you want, you can use our search engine or the main menu. Add the items you chose to your shopping cart.
Before choosing your color(s), you must bear in mind that the colors displayed on the monitor may differ from the actual colors. This is a situation that we cannot control, but to ensure that the choice of colors will be the right one, we have two solutions at your disposal, which will allow you to observe the real color:

To choose the color(s), you can do so in advance using our color simulator in the “Colors” menu or when choosing the product in the online store, you will be able to see the colors available in that product, to be able to compare with the color in the physical catalogue, if you have it in your possession.
Before ordering the final quantity of paint, we recommend that you pre-order a 0.25L sample of the desired color.
It is not possible to make a return. When ordering the sample, the customer assumes that this is a procedure to test the color, that is, they always run the risk that the color of the sample does not correspond to the color displayed on their monitor.
To make choosing a color easier, before purchasing we recommend that you request the color catalog for free.

No. In the online store you can only order the products that appear in the Online Store.
Only products and colors that are available in stock appear in the online store. However, there may be occasional stock failures, in this case, the customer has a period of 3 working days following the date of receipt of the email with out-of-stock information to request a refund of the amount paid and to cancel the order via the same means. If you do nothing, the order will be delivered to the address provided within 3 working days.

By choosing this payment method, you are opting for a purchase made at the same time. You will not have to send any proof of purchase for the purchase to be considered valid.
