Social Responsibility

Within the scope of social responsibility, Fábrica de Tintas 2000, S.A. created the ColoRIR Project, a project that existed before 2015 but only gained greater visibility at the end of that year.

ColoRIR's main mission is to bring smiles to our great team and to the community in general, and it has already organized several initiatives intended to make a difference. Within this project, the company also collaborates in solidarity with social support institutions through fundraising, goods and food collection, or paint donations.

Tintas 2000 already has 5 Charity Walks. In each one, it supported a different association. The amount raised in the 1st Charity Walk supported Socialis and Causa da Criança; the 2nd supported Bombeiros Voluntários de Moreira da Maia; the 3rd supported Refood - Maia Branch; the 4th supported Cruz Vermelha - Maia Branch; and the 5th supported APPDACDM - Portuguese Association of Parents and Friends of Citizens with Mental Disabilities of Maia.

The project has 7 colors, each referring to a distinct intervention area: Culture, Family, Sports, Social Responsibility, Volunteering, Health and Well-Being, and Talent Sharing.
