Rights and duties of the whistleblower
Through this channel you can share anonymously and/or confidentially your knowledge or suspicion of an irregularity, illegality or crime in your organization.
We encourage the reporting of all irregular, illegal or illicit facts or situations as they represent an ethical, professional and citizenship duty, important values of this organization.
In this way, you are contributing to making the organization safer, fairer and more transparent.
All users of this channel are protected by law, prohibiting any type of retaliation, ensuring anonymity (when desired) and/or confidentiality.
The security of shared information is guaranteed and only people exclusively designated by the organization and provided for by law will have access to it.
Reports must be made in good faith.
Improper use and/or making false statements is serious and compromises the purpose of this channel, and may result in sanctions.
We recommend that you regularly access your record to check its status or to provide any type of clarification requested by the complaints manager.
If you wish to provide any personal data that allows your identification, you may subsequently exercise your data protection rights.

If you have reasonable grounds to believe that the complaint cannot be correctly analyzed or resolved within the organization, or that there is a risk of retaliation, you may resort to alternative channels, namely contacting the Competent Authorities for this purpose.
