INFORMATION FORM ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL  

Right to Free Resolution 

The consumer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, or in the case of contracts concluded outside the commercial establishment mentioned in subparagraphs ii) and v) of subparagraph i) of article 3, within 30 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason. 

The period for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days, or 30 days, counting from the day following the day on which you acquire or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. 

In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must inform us (insert your name, geographical address and, if necessary, telephone number and email address) of your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).  

You can use the resolution form template, but it is not mandatory.  

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right to free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period. 

Effects of free resolution 

In the event of termination of this contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive normal shipping method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We make these refunds using the same payment method that you used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement
