Tintas 2000 reserves the right not to make returns of color paints, taking into account that color orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless there are tuning errors originating from the factory and this can be duly proven.
1. Any order contract made through “Tintas 2000” can be freely terminated by the “User” within 14 days from the date of the request or receipt of the order, in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001 of April 26th and republished by Decree-Law no.

Para efeitos do número anterior, o “Utilizador” deverá comunicar à “Tintas 2000” no prazo indicado essa sua pretensão de resolver o contrato, de forma inequívoca, e sempre por escrito, ficando com obrigação, no mesmo prazo, de proceder à devolução da encomenda à “Tintas 2000”, caso a mesma já lhe tenha sido enviada ou entregue, devendo para o efeito contactar o nosso serviço de apoio ao cliente através do e-mail lojaonline@test.tintas2000.pt.
3. O processo de devolução é simples, variando conforme a proveniência, pelo que o “Utilizador” deverá contactar previamente a “Tintas 2000”, através da morada Zona Industrial Maia I – Rua Joaquim Silva Vicente – 4470-434 Maia ou através do e-mail lojaonline@test.tintas2000.pt.

For mainland Portugal, the shipping cost for purchases under €10 is €3.46, above this value shipping is free.
For the Islands, the shipping cost for purchases under €250 is €24.39, above this value the shipping costs €40.65.
