Everything about my order

By accessing this area you can consult all the purchases you have already made in the Tintas 2000 Online Store, with the possibility of checking the description of each order. To consult the description of each order, simply click on “My 2000”, then on “Online purchase history” and then on “View details”.

When you have all the desired items in your shopping cart, you only need to click on “Checkout”. If you have already clicked on “Checkout” you will not be able to add more items to the Shopping Cart, as the Order is closed and being processed by our services, if you have not clicked on finalize and want to add more products, simply go directly to the “Online Store” or “Return to Online Store” menu in the top left corner and choose the desired item and add it to the cart, and it will automatically enter the order.

Após efetuar a encomenda irá aparecer uma página com a confirmação da encomenda e com o respetivo número. De seguida, receberá um e-mail com toda a informação referente à sua encomenda. Poderá também ver a sua nova encomenda na sua área pessoal, clicando no seu nome. Se, por algum motivo não receber um e-mail com a confirmação da encomenda, num prazo de 24 horas, contacte-nos para o e-mail lojaonline@test.tintas2000.pt
